  1. Choose a song. Open Riverbend, in the key of A minor at 96 beats per minute, from your song list.
  2. Check the chord. Tap the F chord in the verse to see its barre shape on the fretboard, with the root notes marked as squares.
  3. Set the tempo. Start the metronome at 96 beats per minute and play the change to the beat.
  4. Log the session. Enter 30 minutes, choose Songs as the type, add the focus, F barre chord change, and save.
  5. See the week. Minutes this week go from 45 to 75 against the 60-minute streak bar, so the week qualifies, and the weekly target moves from 21% to 36%.

The details

How the streak works

A week counts towards your streak at 60 minutes. The bar is fixed for everyone. Your weekly target is a separate measure with its own progress bar, so changing it never moves the streak.

What if I miss a week, or I am away?

Plan a break from the dashboard and those weeks pause the streak instead of ending it. Streak history shows every week, and a dated restore is available after a missed week.

What can I log?

Five practice types: scales, chords, songs, technique and theory. Minutes and a type are required, and the date starts as today. Tempo, focus, notes and a quality rating are optional, and you can edit any session later.

How are chords and scales shown?

Root notes are marked with squares, finger positions with circles, and every diagram has a text description for screen readers.

Accessibility and themes

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA for contrast and focus. Light and dark themes follow your device setting, or you can choose one in settings.
